More than 100 Moon Valley residents joined Jim Noteware of Noteware Development on Tuesday, July 11, 2006 to celebrate Sevilla, the newest condominium development in Moon Valley. The festivities took place at Different Pointe of View restaurant overlooking Moon Valley and the city lights of Phoenix. Sevilla, the new 66-unit residential condominium to be built at 7th street and Thunderbird Road, began construction in August. |
